| 2 cups "quick" rolled oats |
|
...strawberries and banana |
| A pinch of salt |
|
serve with: |
| 1/2 cup dried fruit, |

...cinnamon and nutmeg |
| ... such as raisins, currents, |

...extra WESTSOY |
| ....chopped apricots or mix a |

In a medium saucepan, heat soymilk over medium heat for 2 minutes. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add rolled oats, cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the mixture begins to thicken add fruit and sprinkle in nutmeg and cinnamon to taste. Continue to cook until oatmeal thickens, stirring occasionally. Spoon into bowls. Serve soymilk and syrup on the side.
